Brooks Smart Interface from the Instrumentation Group at Cross

Great New Turnkey Solution for Monitoring and Controlling  up to 30 Mass Flow Meters / Controllers

Brooks Instrument and the Instrumentation Group at Cross is pleased to introduce the new Brooks Smart Interface (BSI) Model 260.  This Microsoft Windows TM based software application provides expanded control and monitoring capabilities in laboratory and research environment fro Brooks thermal mass flow meters and controllers with the RS485 Smart protocol.  Together with the 0260 power supply / RS485 to USB hardware module, this product provides a great turnkey solution for monitoring and controlling up to 30 mass flow meters / controllers.

• display and change valve over ride (VOR) status

This software tool also provides data logging, batching, blending and the ability to create automated process recipes. The BSI hardware consists of a power supply and RS485 to USB table top hardware module and the interconnecting power and signal cables for the first device.  Each hardware module powers up to 10 devices.  The BSI model 0260 will work with the following Brooks Instrument mass flow product models: 48xxS, 58xxS, SLA58xxS, SLA78xxS, SLA78/79xxS, MFxxS and SLAMFxxS.
